The wheat is one of the most strategy crops in Saudi Arabia and in the world which attack with a number of seedborne pathogens like Fusarium fungi that secrete toxins, which in turn contaminate grains. This study aimed to evaluate the ?-D-glucan biopolymers as a mycotoxin binder for T-2, HT-2 and Nivalenol (NIV) toxins as well as their effect on water-soluble and fat-soluble vitamins of wheat. The evaluation of bio-adsorbent was carried out using toxigenic Fusarium isolates isolated from wheat grains (Fusarium solani, F. oxysporum, and F. verticillioides) in vitro and in vivo. The mycotoxin determination was conducted through ELISA, while vitamins estimation i.e., Thiamine (B1), Riboflavin (B2), Niacin (B3), Tocopherols (E) and vitamin K were done by HPLC technology. This investigation aims to exam a new bio-substance to reduce some severe mycotoxins and applicability of the stored wheat grains as well as study their effect on wheat vital nature vitamins
