The aim of this research is to identify the main sources of threats, aggression and psychological violence at work towards the nurses of the mother - child hospital. Similarly, this work aims to explore the impact of psychological violence at work on the construction of the professional identity of nurses.Were collected through semi-structured interviews involving 17 subjects.The results showed that the main factors of threats, aggression and psychological violence at work for nurses are the professional demands that nurse face when carrying out their work. Given the nature of the work of caregivers, nurses are confronted with irritable and hostile users (patients and visitors), nervousness and threaten caregivers with verbal insults and sometimes even physical violence.
