The educational model of the Universidad Nacional Rosario Castellanos (UNRC) integrates the concept of Hibridualidad, which combines elements of hybrid, dual, and distance learning. This approach fosters active learning experiences and the development of interprofessional communities. This research examines the feasibility of implementing a dual multi, inter y transdisciplinary Restaurante-Escuela (Restaurant-School), considering the curricular convergence of UNRCs academic offerings. Through an analysis of UNRCs curriculum, common areas were identified that would enable students to develop key competencies applicable to the management and operation of the Restaurante-Escuela. A total of 241 courses were analyzed, revealing commonalities in subjects such as accounting, marketing, finance, and business management. Additionally, each degree program contributes specific knowledge essential to the projects viability. The results indicate that the Restaurante-Escuela proposal is feasible, as it will allow the integration of students from different educational modalities, promoting meaningful learning based on professional practice. The combination of technical knowledge and transversal skills will enhance graduates education, consolidating an innovative higher education model.
