On the basis of clinical and histopathological findings , the diagnosis of End stage renal disease with renal cell carcinoma was made . IHC was advised. On IHC, PAX8, vimentin and CK7 were positive .On the basis of IHC, the diagnosis of Clear cell papillary carcinoma was made.
