Mycobacterium tuberculosis is bacteria.It causes tuberculosis in human. It damage our lungs.It can pass through any filter paper while others cannot pass through it.It has ability to mutate according to the environment.It is difficult to culture mycobacterium tuberculosis in lab because of long time of incubation almost 200 days.
