UNUSUAL CAUSE OF SCIATICA: LUMBAR INTERAPOPHYSEAL SYNOVIAL CYST.

Intraspinal synovial cysts are rare, we report a case of intraspinal lumbar synovial cyst discovered by sciatica, explored by CT and MRI we describe the radiological features to retain the diagnosis and choose the appropriate therapeutic modality.
