Mots cles :Sein, hamartome mammaire, composante graisseuse, mammographie. Summary:Mammary hamartoma is a rare benign lesion with a frequency that ranges from 0.1 to 0.7% of all benign breast tumors. This is aunderdiagnosed lesion due to a lack of knowledge of the clinical, radiological and histological characteristics. The aim of our work is to recall the clinical, radiological and histological characteristics of the breast hamartoma by reporting the observation of a particular case of breast hamartoma where the adipose component was absent.
