La porphyrie cutan?e tardive est tr?s peu connue des ophtalmologistes, les complications oculaires graves ?tant peu d?crites dans la litt?rature. Nous rapportons le cas d?un patient porteur de porphyrie cutan?e tardive, pr?sentant une atteinte corn?enne avec une scl?rite n?crosante bilat?rale. Par l??tude de son ?volution sous traitement et ? la lumi?re des donn?es de la litt?rature, nous tenterons de faire une mise au point sur la prise en charge diagnostique et th?rapeutique de la porphyrie cutan?e tardive et de ses atteintes oculaires.
